Specifications
Specification of the Biological Product “Alligator EcoBarn”
The beneficial bacteria contained in the Alligator EcoBarn bioproduct outcompete the native microorganisms found in manure and poultry litter due to their superior adaptability.
These bacteria actively compete with existing microorganisms for nutrients and habitat, gradually replacing them within the substrate. Thanks to their high activity and specialized enzymatic capabilities, the bacteria rapidly and efficiently dominate the substrate, accelerating organic decomposition.
This accelerated process significantly reduces the volume and quickly transforms waste into uniform, nutrient-rich fertilizer.
Alligator EcoBarn’s bacteria remain highly effective across a wide range of temperature and humidity conditions, ensuring consistent decomposition performance in diverse environmental conditions.

The product reduces unpleasant odors by breaking down odor-causing compounds such as indole, skatole, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and methane through natural biochemical processes.
Due to the rapid breakdown, handling and application of manure and poultry litter become simpler, more efficient, and odor-free, creating a healthier environment for farm workers, animals, and nearby communities.

THE ISSUE OF SOLID FORMATION IN LIQUID MANURE STORAGE:
When manure and droppings are stored in liquid or semi-liquid form, decomposition slows, leading to compacted solids at the bottom and crust formation at the surface. This separation complicates handling and application, requiring frequent agitation with machinery and resulting in additional fuel costs, labor, and unpleasant odors.

HOW “ALLIGATOR ECOBARN” SOLVES THIS PROBLEM:
The concentrated beneficial bacteria in Alligator EcoBarn quickly colonize manure and litter, rapidly decomposing fibers, straw, and feed residues. This prevents solids from settling, creating a homogeneous, pumpable liquid mix.

As a result, minimal agitation is required, reducing fuel and equipment costs. Additionally, nitrogen loss is minimized, preserving nutrient value and ensuring optimal fertilization benefits.

Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) and Odor Control:
Stored manure often suffers from low oxygen levels, leading to high BOD and strong odors. Alligator EcoBarn significantly reduces BOD by efficiently decomposing waste, effectively minimizing odors. Enhanced enzyme action further accelerates breakdown, maintaining a cleaner, fresher environment.
